Refund Policy

📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of incense products, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

💰 Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theegaslab@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
